Totally Nakal has had a patent for CGN technology in such countries as Russia, Germany, Canada and USA. This unique technology developed by Syropyatov Vladimir (Chief technologist for heat treatment of Nakal) allows minimum twice reduce the process time of nitriding, improve new quality of the nitrided case, greatly increase treated parts' service life.
The mine furnace for cementation PC 8.15/9,5 has been produced and shipped for the enterprise of Joint-Stock Company " Soligorsk institute of resource saving problems with pilot production " (Belarus).
The furnace PGN 6.9/7 for catalytic gas nitriding has been shipped for the enterprise of Joint-Stock Company " ÀLUNEKST " (Belaya Êàlitva). One more furnace PGN 6.9/7 with CGN for the enterprise of Open Society " Energotechmash " (Zhigulevsk) is ready and it is being tested. The both furnaces will be used at nitriding extrusive matrixes.
