The furnace PGN 6.9/7 for catalytic gas nitriding has been shipped for the enterprise of Joint-Stock Company " ÀLUNEKST " (Belaya Êàlitva). One more furnace PGN 6.9/7 with CGN for the enterprise of Open Society " Energotechmash " (Zhigulevsk) is ready and it is being tested. The both furnaces will be used at nitriding extrusive matrixes.

Tests of the chamber hardening-tempering aggregate for the enterprise of Open Society " Factory " the Red banner " (Ryazan) come to an end. The aggregate with the productivity of up to 300 kg / hour is intended for hardening in the environment of a protective atmosphere, the subsequent washing and tempering of high-carbon steel details.

In June the furnace PVP 5000/12,5Ì with weight of contraction 15 tons was shipped to the enterprise in Cherepovets. The furnace is intended for hardening of mill rolls.

10.06.2005 The conclusion about the samples of nitrided details is received
|
The conclusion about the samples of nitrided details of an alloy 4Õ5ÌFS on CGN technology was received from Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Central Scientific Reserch Institute of ferrous metallurgy named after P. Bardin. The white layer has made less than 10 micron. Thickness of the nitrided layer was 0,15 mm after 4 hours. Hardness on the surface was1000 HV.

13.04.2005 Sales of furnaces for chemical thermal processing increase

In April, 2005 we have shipped two furnaces for cementation PC 8.15/9,5, PC 8.12/9,5 and a furnace for catalytic gas nitriding (CGN) PGN 6.9/7. In May we plan to ship the furnace PGN 6.9/7. In June-July we will ship two furnaces for cementation such as PC 8.20/9,5 with installation of carbon potential control of atmosphere and two furnaces PGN 6.9/7 with installation for CGN.
