      The laboratory tube furnace is predestinated for conducting analytical works and any kinds of heat treatment at temperatures up to 1 250 °C.

The electric furnace has a welded casing lined with advanced fibrous thermal insulation materials. Coiled Superfechral heating elements are used in the furnace. Arrangement of heating elements ensures high temperature distribution homogeneity in the working zone of the furnace. The working chamber is formed by ceramic tubes. Optional features include a non-standard (odd-sized) working chamber formed by ceramic tubes.
The temperature profile adjustment controls of the electric furnace, namely temperature regulator, switch and indicator lamp, are arranged on the lower part of the front panel. Temperature control and adjustment are carried out by an electronic regulator receiving the feedback from a thermocouple.
The digital electronic regulator ensures a linear temperature rise or lowering as well as soaking at the required temperature. The furnace may come with a temperature adjustment unit with better functionality (timer, heating rate, etc.)

The main features of these furnaces are simple design, easy maintenance, reliability and rapid heating.
