Argon purification

        The tube resistance furnace is intended for heating catalysts and argon purification.
The electric furnace has a welded frame lined with fibrous thermal insulation material. Coiled Superfechral heating elements are used in the furnace. Arrangement of the heating elements ensures high distribution temperature homogeneity in the working zone of the furnace.
4 ceramic tubes containing the catalyst are provided in the working chamber of the furnace.

The temperature profile adjustment controls of the electric furnace, namely temperature regulator, switch and indicator lamp, are arranged on the panel of the individual control unit. Temperature control and adjustment are carried out by an electronic regulator receiving the feedback from a thermocouple. The furnace may come with a temperature adjustment unit with better functionality (timer, heating rate, etc.)
 

The main features of these furnaces are simple design, easy maintenance, reliability and rapid heating.
