The kilns are used in the sphere of jewelry production for baking casting molds, wax burning out and firing molding boxes. The kiln has a working chamber arranged inside the welded frame of metal sections and is lined with advanced highly effective multilayer thermal insulation comprising a refractory and a thermal insulating layers. Advanced lining materials with high-performance parameters are used in the kiln. That is why lining thickness and, as a result, overall dimensions can be decreased as well as the furnace efficiency can be increased due to cutting the amount of heat accumulated by the lining.
  | | PK 100/9J | The kiln has a pivot door or a door sliding upwards and having a safety limit switch. The switch is located on the front panel of the furnace and ensures shutdown of the heaters when the door is open. Coiled heating elements are arranged against the walls of the working chamber. Arrangement of heating elements gives high temperature distribution uniformity in the whole volume of the furnace. A tray for wax collection and a grill for molding boxes are envisaged in the lower part of the working chamber. To remove vapors evolving during baking, an aspiration system is provided having a vent-pipe and an ejection fan. The fan generates an additional underpressure in the vent-pipe and improves ventilation in the working chamber of the kiln. If required by the customer, the kiln can be mounted on the additional welded frame to increase the floor clearance height. A microprocessor-based temperature regulator is used in the temperature profile control and adjustment system. The regulator ensures temperature change according to one of the preset program. Any program can include intervals of linear temperature rise or lowering at a required rate as well as of soaking at the required temperature. The device can be optionally equipped with a nonvolatile backup memory and a telecommunication interface. Distinctive features of these kilns are as follows:
