JSC "Nakal – Industrial furnaces" develops and produces a wide model range of shaft furnaces for heat treatment of aluminum and its alloys. The distinctive features of the furnaces are as follows: temperature distribution uniformity in the heating zone within ±5 °C, fine digital control and setting parameters of heat-treatment.
 | | PSHO 10.10/7I1 | Figure. 1 - Motorized lid lift drive | Computer modeling is used to design furnaces for aluminum heat treatment which allows fast changing the design according to a customer’s requirements. Advanced technologies increase the service life of heating elements and insulating materials as well as decrease the furnace weight. The state-of-the-art engineering solutions result in perfect energy-saving performance of the furnaces Lining of the furnace casing and cover is made of advanced fibrous thermal insulating materials with low density which allows cutting energy consumption for the furnace heating-up. Low thermal conductivity of the materials allows a decrease in the total lining thickness and therefore the overall dimensions of the furnace effecting heat losses from the outer surface. The optimal heaters arrangement improves temperature distribution in the charge and excludes thermal deformation of workpieces during heating. | PSHO 47.15/6I1 | The electric furnaces are equipped with fans creating an intensive air circulation in the working chamber and accelerating the convective charge heating. Air movement directions are determined by deflectors made of heat-resistant steel which form the working chamber.Lifting and lowering covers of the motorized furnaces is carried by means of a reliable hydraulic drive based on Duplomatic hydro-drives. These space-saving ministations are delivered installed on the furnace, filled with oil and ready-to-run (Figure 1). Control system of temperature profile in the furnace includes a Thermodat thermoregulator, an advanced microprocessor-based device which can be connected to a PC. Software installed on the computer provides registration and storage of technological process data in the database. The data can be represented in graphic and tabulated form, have data timing and can be printed out. The distinctive features of the furnaces are as follows:
- temperature distribution uniformity in the heating zone within ±5 °C;
- possibility to adjust the rate of smooth heating and cooling workpieces being treated by means of a simple and operationally reliable programmer with a user-friendly interface;
- advanced technologies and materials used increase the service life of the furnace, including heating elements and thermal insulated materials.
