Since the very beginning, Nakal Company has been producing a wide model range of electric resistance furnaces for aluminum workpieces. One of the Company’s recent achievements is a line of furnaces intended for aluminum annealing and age-hardening and designed with due account of modern requirements forenergy saving, safety, easy control and maintenance. This type of furnaces can be used in any processes of low-temperature heating (up to 350 °C) and conveyor drying. | | | NK 13.31.10/2MP | The distinctive feature of this type of furnaces is high temperature distribution homogeneity in the whole working chamber. The furnace has a welded frame made of metal sections and lined internally with advanced fibrous thermal insulation. The tubular electric heaters allow max convective heat pickup from the heater surface. The working chamber of the furnaces is formed by metal shields with heaters behind them. The shields are intentionally slotted to ensure heating circulation in the working chamber.

The furnace has a chain conveyor with two chain belts, tension mechanism, drive station and a charge loading platform engaged with the chain belts. The reverse movement of the conveyer is also envisaged to facilitate loading-unloading operations. The like electric furnaces may be of through-type (motorized doors are provided on both sides) or of dead-end design. Doors slide in guides by means of a chain drive. | | NK 25.28.20/3,5MT | | The working chamber is divided longwise into several distinct zones. The temperature of every zone is adjusted by a device in the control cabinet using signals from thermistors arranged against a sidewall. This allows a high accuracy of temperature adjustment in the working chamber. Automatic shutdown is provided if temperature exceeds the maximum acceptable value.
Advantages: - high temperature distribution uniformity in the whole volume of the working chamber;
- long service life of the furnace including heating elements;
- low operation costs
- easy loading and unloading;
- continuous chain conveyor;
- easy operation.
Non-standard (odd-sized) furnaces can be produced as per the customer’s requirements.
* Power must be specified according to the charge mass and heating rate. ** Index T means a dead-end design. Furnaces having index P are of through-type design
