 | SSHV 10.10/8-0,1 | These furnaces are predestinated for bright annealing of copper alloys in vacuum.A shaft-type furnace has the frame made of metal sections and sheets and is internally lined with advanced highly effective heat insulating materials. A tubular muffle made of stainless steel is arranged in the furnace. Tightness of the covering zone in the working chamber is assured by using temperature-resistant rubber seals. The mechanism for lifting the cover has the hydraulic drive. In the uppermost position the cover can be taken aside manually. Lifting-lowering control is exercised by means of a push-button assembly on the cover handle. A nipple is mounted on the cover to connect the forepump hose. There are shutoff valves and a vacuum meter on the nipple. The forepump is arranged next to the furnace. After heating, the retort is rapidly cooled by air flow generated by a centrifugal fan. An adjusting thermocouple installed in a customized opening in a furnace sidewall is used as a temperature sensor. A controlling thermocouple is mounted in a customized opening in the muffle cover. The furnace is adjusted by means of a control cabinet intended for temperature measuring and adjustment, heaters power control and switching the vacuum pump. There is a temperature regulator ensuring automated furnace heating control according to the required program and a temperature recorder in the control cabinet, both devices being used for emergency shutdown at a rapid temperature rise in the working chamber of the furnace.
