Shaft-type furnaces allowing heating temperature up to 1200 °C

      These furnaces are used to heat parts of alloyed steels for quenching, fire long workpieces and for other kinds of heat treatment requiring temperatures up to 1 200°C

Design features:
  • Hexagonal frame made of metal shape.
  • Highly effective multilayer thermal insulation.
  • Six-side uniform heating-up of the charge by Superfechral coils.
  • Vertical by-zone temperature control (min 1 zone per meter high).
  • The furnace cover is lined with Unifrax prismatic blocks of fiber insulation ensuring the highest reliability, minimal weight and longest service life (the interrepair period is 10 years).
  • Appropriate vertical temperature distribution within ±7°C.
  • Microprocessor-based temperature controllers within every zone.

Optional features:
  • Motorized furnace cover drive for lifting or lifting / sliding (index M for all furnaces)
  • Heat-resistant accessories (baskets and fixtures)
  • Additional data collection and storage systems
