Chamber-type furnaces

        Technological processes related to tempering and stress relief after welding require high-precision temperature control and uniform temperature distribution in the working chamber. For the processes involving heat treatment of large-sized heavy charges we offer the NKO chamber furnaces.

Design features:

  • Max temperature up to 700°C.
  • Forced atmosphere circulation system (fans, screens, diffusers).
  • Three-side heating: air passes at a high speed from sidewalls heaters located behind the screens and completes the circuit flowing through the charge which is heated by the hearth heaters from below.
  • Uniformity within ±5°C.
  • roof and door are lined with cost-saving Unifrax fiber insulation and walls have fiber or multilayer lining.
  • Power consumption is 30-50% less as compared to brick linings.
  • M and MDO embodiment furnaces are equipped with a motorized hearth allowing to charge up to 30 tons into the large-sized furnaces.
  • Multizone temperature control system.
  • Emergency shutdown at temperature rise over 750°C.
  • Cast heat-resistant hearth plates and carborundum floor plates protecting the hearth against mechanical shocks.
 
        Optional features:  
  • Furnace accessories (baskets, shelves and stands)
  • Forced charge cooling system.
  • Removal system for products of combustion (oils, emulsions).
  • Computer-aided data collection and storage system (documented technological parameters). 
  • Frequency-controlled hearth drive (acceleration – deceleration) for large charges (more than 7 tons).
  • Motorized door lifting drive.
