The electric furnaces have a working chamber arranged inside the welded frame of the metal sections and lined with multilayer thermal insulation. The inner layer of the kiln lining is made of lightweight refractory bricks and the outer one is made of advanced fibrous materials. | Heath moving drive
|
Advantages of our furnaces’ lining: - Perfect thermal insulation properties of the lining material ensure a decrease of the lining thickness and, as a result, the overall dimensions of the furnace
-
Usage of advanced high-quality lining materials provides high effectiveness, cuts energy consumption and ensures rapid heating-up of the furnace due to decreasing the total amount of heat accumulated by the lining. Coiled Superfechral heating elements are located against the door, backwall, sidewalls and hearth of the furnace. The heaters are supported by ceramic tubes at a distance from the lining surface to ensure free radiation into the chamber. Heaters contacts are in a terminal box with a readily-removable cover. Optimal arrangement of heating elements gives better temperature distribution homogeneity in the charge and excludes deformation of workpieces during heating.
| | PVP 300 | The bogie hearth is lined within the frame made of steel sections and moves along rails. The bogie hearth can be supplied in two embodiments enabling manual or motorized transportation. With the motorized embodiment, the bogie hearth is transported electromechanically and is controlled by pressing buttons on the face panel of the control cabinet. The hearth has a thermal lock to avoid cold air intake into the chamber. The heaters of the hearth are protected by carborundum plates. The door can be supplied in two embodiments: pivoting door (movable aside) and lifting door (movable upwards electromechanically). The door is equipped with a safety limit switch. The switch is located on the face panel of the kiln and ensures shutdown of the heaters when the door is open. Temperature control and adjustment in the furnace are carried out by an electronic control unit with a digital temperature indicator. It is accomplished as an unintegrated cabinet and receives the feedback from a thermocouple mounted in the working chamber of the furnace. | | | | PVP 3000/12,5VPM | PVP 2500/10M |
Distinctive features of our bogie hearth furnaces are as follows: -
Advanced technologies and materials allow an increase in the service life of the furnace including heating elements and insulating materials. -
In the furnaces rated for large-sized workpieces, the hearth is transported by means a VFD drive allowing decreasing inertia impact, avoiding destruction of the hearth laying and excluding the charge tripping. -
Rapid heating-up and low energy consumption. | | | | PVP 5000/12,5M | PVP 1000/12,5M | M – Motorized drive of the hearth and door VPM – Motorized drive of the hearth outrun * - to be specified when placing order
