Drying chambers

        The drying chambers are predestinated for drying and any kind of heat treatment. Depending on the furnace model, the maximum temperature of heat treatment varies from 350 to 500 °C.

The low-temperature chamber furnace has a welded frame of the steel sections and a working chamber (muffle) made of steel sheets. Highly effective advanced thermal insulating materials based on basalt wool are used as a lining.
Tubular electric heaters (TEH) are used to heat various media by means of convection, heat transfer and irradiation (while converting the electric energy into the heat) and accomplished as curved tubes of prerequisite dimensions having threaded nipples to be connected to the energy source.
All models have vent-pipes to remove products evolving during heating the charge.
The electric furnace has a pivot door with a safety limit switch. The switch is located on the face panel of the furnace and ensures shutdown of the heaters when the door is open.
      
          Temperature control and adjustment in the furnace are carried out by an electronic microprocessor-based control unit with a digital temperature indicator.
One of the main advantages of our drying chambers as compared to peers is a long service life of the drying chamber including electric heaters.

        Optional features of the drying chambers are as follows:
  • Muffles of stainless steel (up to 500 °C – of heat-resistant stainless steel)
  • Fan in the system of forced atmosphere circulation which generates air flow in the working zone and ensures temperature distribution homogeneity in the whole volume of the working chamber.
  • Muffle of stainless steel coming with the fan.
  • Chambers of 1,000 liters and more can be equipped with the bogie hearth or car.  
The chambers comply with all safety and quality standards.
