SNA electric chamber resistance furnaces are designated for catalytic gas nitriding. The nitriding process is carried out in a welded heat-resistant leakproof chamber arranged inside the furnace. The furnace lining is made of light-weight refractory bricks and fibrous insulation. The following elements are arranged on the backwall: -
Branch pipes for gas coming out to the bleeder and for technological gases to be supplied -
Oxygen sensor -
Oxycan-a catalytic element -
Fan for stirring atmosphere inside the chamber | | | | | Mnemonic diagram indicating temperature, gas consumption and emergency trips detected by the control system | | Backwall | | | | | | SNA 9.12.8/7,6 | Gas panel | Control cabinet |
