ABOUT US The main area of activity of JSC “Nakal – Industrial furnaces” is development, production and sales of furnaces for all type of heat-treatment.
“Nakal” was established in 1992 and since that it has achieved grate success and has become a major player in the market of heat treatment equipment. Our furnaces are successfully running at hundred industrial plants in Russia.
The employees of our company are a team of highly qualified specialists who appreciate the quality of performed work as the final result.
At present “Nakal” has more than 8000 sq.m. of working area at its disposal including production facilities and shops having welding, metal-working, insulation production, painting and other special-purpose equipment. All the production capacities are situated at the plant territory owned by “Nakal”.
In 2005 accredited testing laboratory of electric thermal equipment was established for heat treatment conditions research, technology selection, innovation solutions testing such as catalytic gas nitriding technology and other know-how of the Company.
The range of our products is being renovated on a continuous basis; new processes of heat treatment are being developed upon which new models of furnaces are based.

The structure of the company includes design department, where new nonstandard equipment is developed using advanced design and 3D modeling software.
Besides equipment production “Nakal” has a group of highly knowledgeable specialists (service department), who is responsible for technical support in start-up, warranty and post-warranty service of the furnaces delivered by Nakal to satisfy our customer’s requirements in full volume.
In 2009 Nakal Company has signed an exclusive agency agreement with one of the world leaders in heat treatment equipment production - AFC – Holcroft Company.
According to this agreement Nakal will supply AFC-Holcroft equipment with the opportunity of contract manufacturing of its spare parts at Nakal production facilities. As a result Nakal Company has expanded the range of the equipment offered to the customers:
The equipment manufactured and supplied by Nakal has all the necessary certificates of Russian Standard.
At present development rates of Nakal Company are extremely high. Now Nakal is promoting its production to foreign market. Furnaces produced by Nakal are successfully operating in Spain, Poland, Italy, Germany, and United Arab Emirates.
